Fuschl Rosewood

I was commissioned to come up with a design for this Bar / living room area. A warm yet elegant space in the oldest part of the hotel - a 15th century tower. The Schloss Fuschl is a stunning castle perfectly positioned right on the shore of a large turquoise lake not too far from Salzburg.

The new owners of the hotel also have their very own private curated Old Masters art collection that I needed to consider when creating the design of the walls. The composition had to work with and for them: complementing, enhancing while at the same time allowing the wall to be an artwork in itself.
